The Unitarian Society of Santa Barbara, a nondenominational and historical church, is located across from the magnificent Alice Keck Park Memorial Gardens. All couples are welcome to say “I do” in this stunning sanctuary with a reception hall, two garden courtyards, and a terrace. The Spanish revival-style church features a rustic beauty with antique architectural elements. Vaulted open-beamed ceilings with dangling vintage lantern-style light fixtures, original wooden pews, grand rectangular stained-glass panels, a Steinway concert piano, and a 1,500-pipe organ create an ethereal and tranquil ambiance ideal for the ceremony. The open-air brick patio bordered by twin lawns featuring olive saplings is the perfect reception locale.
