Review:

The Brazilian Room is a unique historic venue in Berkeley, taking its name from its Imbuya, Mahogany, Jacaranda, and Brazilian Chestnut hardwood paneling that was reclaimed from the Brazilian Pavilion at Treasure Island's 1939 Golden Gate International Exhibition. Following the exhibition, its Brazil Building was presented to the East Bay Regional Park District by the Brazilian government and was reconstructed into a permanent English-style building within Tilden Regional Park in 1941. Today, it serves as a popular city spot for weddings and receptions, seating up to 150 guests for ceremonies or hosting 225 standing guests for receptions. Patio ceremonies are also offered, along with a full kitchen for catering services.
