Pomona Valley is home to some of the most stunning historical homes in the country. One of those must-visit homes is the Adobe de Palomares, or as it’s known locally, the Palomares Adobe. Built in 1854, the Adobe de Palomares Museum is a 13-room house that was constructed out of adobe bricks in a Spanish Colonial style. Guests to the home can explore the home’s two wings as well as the two large bedrooms and living rooms within it. Known as the “House of Hospitality”, the Adobe de Palomares has welcomed many guests in the past from visiting priests to tired travelers of the San Bernadino stagecoach route.
