Silverlake Ramen is a popular Los Angeles-based ramen chain offering several locations throughout the Southern California region, including a hip location in Concord. The restaurant, which is helmed by chefs and owners Thomas Aono and Jitaek Lim, is known for its high-quality ramen offerings, which are as affordable as they are delicious.
