At Newport Beach Vineyards, there are over twelve hundred vines on the property, which are harvested, fermented, and blended each year into the winery’s award winning Meritage blend. They use primarily Bordeaux red grapes like Merlot, Cab Franc, Malbec, and Cabernet Sauvignon, and each Meritage has up to five varietals in it. Tours and tastings at the Vineyard are available by appointment only for groups of 8 or more, and each experience lasts approximately two hours.
