Established in Scottsdale, Arizona in 2005 by the father-son team of Jack and Mario Martusciello, the Matador Coffee Roasting Compan now operates a coffee shop in Flagstaff. Formerly a car repair garage, the shop is decorated in colors of turquoise, white, and black, renovating the space into a unique destination for a coffee drink, complete with matador print on the walls and marquee lighting. Another little building situated in the spacious parking lot acts as the coffee shop’s drive-thru. The interior of the Matador Coffee Roasting Company includes a large farm-style table and a counter where customers order their drinks.
