Pizzicletta is a tiny eatery in the heart of Flagstaff that specializes in authentic wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas with gourmet toppings. The tiny 650-square-meter restaurant has an imported wood-burning oven that produces perfectly fires pizza, focaccia, and leavened sourdough bread, which is made with locally sourced ingredients and Italian products. The menu is simple with a few variations of pizzas such as margarita, marinara, and rucola, along with focaccia, formaggi, smoked burrata, and homemade gelato for dessert. A variety of casual wines, craft beers, and digestifs are available to pair with the food.
