Carlton's Italian Restaurant and Catering opened in 1972 as a “hole in the wall” pizza shop that created signature thin-crust, fully-topped pizzas. It quickly grew to the family-friendly dining destination that it is today. Their menu is filled with delicious appetizers, salads, and entrees such as their renowned Chunky Maine Lobster Ravioli, Chicken Parmesan, Baked Spaghetti, and Tuscan Pasta with chicken, mushrooms, and bacon tossed with alfredo sauce and parmesan cheese.
