Review & FAQ:
Lake of the Ozarks is a snakelike lake that winds its way through the plains of central Missouri. The shoreline of this oddly shaped lake is, at 1,150 miles, longer than the California coast, and contains plenty of opportunity for recreation. Home to Lake of the Ozarks State Park, visitors can go hiking, biking, or camping – that is, when they’re not too busy enjoying themselves out on the water. The lake is a popular fishing destination, full of bass, walleye, crappie, catfish, and more. Swimming is also popular, with gathering spots like Anderson Hollow Cove offering a great place to anchor the boat and jump in for a dip.
