Managed by the Milwaukee County Park system, the Brown Deer Boathouse is perched on a small hill overlooking a lagoon in the park that shares its name. The lagoon and the surrounding forest provide the perfect backdrop for beautiful wedding photos, and the house's wood and stone exterior gives the venue a decidedly rustic but elegant feel. The space can accommodate a maximum of 60 guests, and in the summer, wedding parties will have access to the patio as well as to the upper level of the home. Tables and chairs are included, and there is a kitchenette that can be used for food prep.
