What started off as a simple log cabin inn in 1774 has changed dramatically over the centuries and is now one of the most popular and historic restaurant/taverns in Saratoga Springs. Of course, a great number of additions and renovations have taken place over the years, but the Olde Bryan Inn still retains a very special ambiance which you can experience at first hand when you visit. The menu is large and varied, offering something to suit all tastes including several vegetarian options and some old-time favorites like Oven-Roasted Turkey and their legendary Prime Rib Dinner. There is a special children’s menu and some delectable desserts to round off your meal.
