Tides Tavern is an iconic restaurant on the Gig Harbor waterfront, located in the 1910 former general store. Established as Tides Tavern in 1973, it became a favorite local spot for waterfront dining. The dining room is cozy and rustic but the main eating space is on their massive deck. Tides offers delicious house-made food focusing on local fresh catch, but also burgers, pizzas, their famous clam chowder, original fish and chips recipe, salads, sandwiches and steaks. The full service bar has great selection of beers and wine. Guests can dock their boat right in front of the restaurant. The guests must be 21 or older to enter Tides.
