The family-owned and operated restaurant is ran by Ray Wicker, Jr., who is a fourth-generation waterman with more than thirty years of experience working the Chesapeake Bay’s waters and specializes in harvesting oysters, Virginia Blue Crabs, and other types of fresh, locally sourced seafood. Ray and his wife opened Wicker’s Crab Pot Seafood in 2008, sharing their family tradition and passion for fresh seafood with every guest of the restaurant.
