Review:

The Natural History Museum is London's premiere natural history museum, originally known as the British Museum of Natural History from its founding in 1881 until 1992. It is one of three principal museums located on South Kensington's Exhibition Road, adjacent to the city's Victoria and Albert Museum and the Science Museum. More than 80 million natural history artifacts are held within the museum's five primary collections on botany, zoology, entomology, paleontology, and mineralogy. Major holdings include a 105-foot Diplodocus skeleton cast showcased in the museum's dinosaur skeleton collection and a number of specimens collected by renowned naturalist Charles Darwin. The museum's library also holds an extensive collection of volumes, manuscripts, and art collections related to its scientific holdings, accessible via appointment.
