Located in the historic Victorian Old Town Eden building, in the heart of Eden, Utah, Free Spirit Holistic Mountain Spa & Yoga is an intimate Aveda boutique spa. Their experienced staff invites you to pamper yourself through customized spa services that include spa treatments, massage and facials, combined with meditation and yoga retreats, with the goal of purifying and refreshing and bringing to balance your body, skin and mood. They also offer a vegan/vegetarian lunch, smoothie or cup of tea or espresso at their tea bar Gravitea. Their massage therapy offers a range of massage types, from the Holistic Mountain Massage and Chakra Massage to Prenatal and Couples Massage. Their Ayurvedic Therapy includes aromatherapy steam bath, Ahyanga Garshana Massage and Himalayan Rejuvenation and Shirodara. Visit to the Free Spirit spa is a great treat after a day on the slopes, or for a great girls night out.
