Over the Counter Cafe is a long-standing breakfast spot that has delighting locals with stellar breakfast fare since 1983. The Millcreek-based eatery’s approach to breakfast is to use fresh locally sourced ingredients to prepare and present a wallet-friendly menu of favorite dishes such as blueberry lemon French toast, bowls of oatmeal with fresh fruit, stacks of pancakes with sweet or savory toppings, and a variety of omelets with different fillings.
