Alamo Beer Company’s name is a callout to the former Lone Star Brewing Company, which began production in 1884 in San Antonio and remained one of the state’s most popular breweries through the implementation of Prohibition. The brewery was opened in 2014 by Eugene Simor, whose brewing legacy in the region dates back to the mid-1990s. Popular brews include its Alamo-label Golden Ale, Amber Lager, German Pale Ale, Pilsner, IPA, and Belgian-style White. The brewery’s beer hall offers a large-screen television and a variety of games, including outdoor cornhole setups on its patio. Live music performances are offered periodically, and Beer, Bacon, and Bingo events are hosted each Thursday.

3 Nations Brewing Company was founded in 2015 on principles emphasizing traditional German, Belgian, and English brewing styles infused with American innovation and creativity. Austin Beerworks is a can-distribution brewery offering a wide variety of ale and lager styles. The brewery’s taproom offers an exclusive chance to taste its brews on tap, located within its production facility, offering views of ongoing production efforts. Four beers are brewed year-round, including the brewery’s Peacemaker Ale, Pearl Snap German-style Pilsner, Flavor Country Hoppy Pale Ale, and Fire Eagle American IPA. Seasonal brews emphasize European brewing styles such as Kristallweizens, Helles lagers, and Belgian styles, while a seasonal IPA series showcases styles from both American coasts. Onsite exclusive brews are also offered, including unique fruit-focused Berliner Weisse styles.
