Located in River Square Center, Diamondback's steakhouse is a traditional Texas-style chophouse that serves prime steaks, fresh seafood, and handmade sushi in an elegant, wood-lined dining room. The restaurant serves an inventive menu of award-winning cuisine with signature dishes ranging from classic lobster bisque and jumbo lump blue crab cakes to garlic, and herb-roasted prime ribs and sesame seared tuna, along with world-class wines from around the world. The full-service bar also serves a variety of classic cocktails made with top-shelf spirits, and gourmet coffees to pair with homemade desserts. DiamondBack's is open for dinner, Monday through Sunday.
