Helmed by Executive Chef Felipe Gonzales, the restaurant serves an innovative menu of high quality, market-driven fare with a focus on prime USDA steaks, lamb and veal, ocean-fresh Gulf seafood, naturally-fed chicken, and organic salads and vegetables.
