Owners Don McClaugherty and Chef Rico Caminos create farm-to-table and sea-to-table menus of innovative fare using fresh, locally sourced ingredients and regional produce from local farmers’ markets. Acclaimed dishes include Bone-in Osso Bucco with Saffron Risotto, House-made Spinach Gnocchi with Prosciutto di Parma, and Wagyu Beef Steak.
