Eden Hill Winery and Vineyard was founded on 10 acres of pasture land in Celina in 2003 by Clark and Linda Hornbaker.

Today, the lovely Collin County boutique winery produces 2,000 cases each year and is known as one of Texas' most award-winning wineries, receiving major medals for its wines at national competitions such as the Jefferson Cup and the San Francisco International Wine Competition.

All wines are produced from Texas-grown grapes, including varietals such as the company's Aglianico Reserve, Moscato Giallo, Albarino-Viognier, and Rhone Valley-style Marsanne. The winery's tasting room, which is conveniently accessible from downtown Dallas for a day trip, is open Thursdays through Sundays during the afternoon hours. In addition to tastings, winery tours are available with advance reservations, and the winery's farm grounds are open to the public for self-guided tours.
