The menu boasts oysters with elderflower granita and smoked oil, rosemary-infused mascarpone, and chicken skin sarnies, sea trout with green almonds and fennel, and yogurt parfait with gooseberry coulis. The restaurant boasts industrial girders and rustic wood and leather décor and exudes an ambiance of log cabin-meets-warehouse.
