Parque Quilquico has received the Green Seal distinction from the Chilean Government Agency for Tourism for its commitment to sustainable, eco-friendly tourism with a focus on preserving local culture. The hotel was designed by acclaimed architect Edward Rojas and integrates the surrounding natural features of the Chiloe region into its design, including its native forests of canelo, olivillo, arrayan, and tepu trees. The 21 cozy and welcoming guest rooms offer energy-efficient heating and air conditioning and private balconies overlooking the Dalcahue Channel. Traditional palafito stilt houses are also available for rental for more private and spacious accommodations. The Restaurant El Mirador serves traditional local dishes, and a temperate swimming pool offers views of the surrounding landscape.
