Thomas Hill Organics Bistro & Wine Lounge is an inviting bistro and wine lounge in Park Street that serves a dynamic menu of bold, imaginative dishes made from organic, regionally-produced ingredients. Poultry, fish and grass-fed beef, lamb and exotic meats are supplied by local purveyors while fresh fruit and vegetables come from regional farmers to create a menu of fresh, creative food that reflects the bounty of the Central Californian coast. Signature dishes include smoked swordfish, black lentil tacos, pan-seared scallops and roasted rack of lamb, as well as an array of soups and salads, delicious appetizers and platters to share. The cuisine is paired with unique wines from the Central Coast and can be enjoyed for lunch and dinner every day of the week, as well as Sunday brunch.
