Paso Terra is a family-owned and operated seafood-centric restaurant in the heart of downtown Paso Robles that serves a seasonal menu of fresh seafood, along with classic French, American and other international dishes. Co-owners Cristina and Andre Averseng pride themselves on using only the freshest locally sourced ingredients and regional produce, such as Atlantic and Pacific seafood, prime USDA steaks and chops, and organic fruits, herbs, salads, and vegetables. The quaint restaurant has a charming sidewalk patio where diners can watch the world go by while sipping casual wines, or creative cocktails. Paso Terra is open for dinner, Wednesday through Saturday.
