Parker's Bistro is a quaint restaurant in downtown Sioux Falls that serves a seasonal menu of from-scratch and made-to-order food and drinks. A seasonal menu features thoughtfully prepared dishes made with locally sourced and organic where possible ingredients, including fresh fish flown in twice a week for the very popular weekly fish special. Signature dishes include squid ink pasta, buffalo meatloaf, stuffed pork chops, filet mignon, and fresh sea scallops, and the food is accompanied by a hand-curated list of wines, craft beers, handcrafted cocktails, and imported spirits. Parker's Bistro is open for dinner only, seven nights a week.
