Review & Frequenly Asked Questions:
The Basque Market first opened in December of 2000 in the downtown area of Boise, on the Basque Block. The restaurant quickly became the city’s leader when it comes to Basque catering, famous for its preparation of large paellas. Guests can even watch staff preparing a paella from beginning to end on the patio of The Basque Market on Wednesdays and Fridays at 12:00pm. Customers can enjoy an affordable meal consisting of meat and seafood paella, along with some fresh baked bread and sangria or wine. A Paella Dinner is offered on Thursday nights, except for the first Thursday.
