Brioso Roaster and Coffee Bar is a spacious café in downtown Columbus that was one of the city’s specialty coffee pioneers. Founded by Jeff Davis in 2001, the cafe-roastery has multiple locations around Columbus and serves a variety of coffees, pour-over, batch-brewed drip coffee, and cold brew on tap made with house-roasted beans. Signature coffees include a sweet Ohio Maple Latte and the Ohio Honey + Vanilla Latte, and the café-roastery offers hour-long classes that explore the history of coffee and the coffee-making process.
