Barb's Butchery opened in 2014 in Beacon, New York, with a modest menu of locally raised pork, beef and chicken. Barb’s has grown since but continues to offer fresh cuts of locally raised, grass finished Black Angus beef, lamb sourced from Meiller Farm, Pine Plains, NY, pork and locally raised poultry/eggs from Fazio Farm, Modena, NY. Barb’s also offers more than 40 types of fresh lamb, pork, beef and chicken sausage, smoked sausages, smoked hot dogs, bacon, smoked turkey breast meat, smoked pastrami, smoked boneless ham, braised corned beef, smoked brisket, oven roasted pork belly, smoked pulled pork, chicken bologna, liverwurst, bone broth, cooking fats and several kinds of jerky. Barb’s has a few tables where you can grab one of her great hot meals – burgers, sandwiches and more, or bring it home so you do not have to bother cooking.
