Shier's Pasties & More serves an eclectic menu of soups, sandwiches, and Upper Peninsula-style pasties. All menu items are prepared from scratch from the family-owned deli's kitchen, including delicious sandwiches prepared to order with fillings like house-smoked brisket, pastrami, and melt-in-your-mouth pulled pork. Upper Peninsula favorites include handcrafted pasties and housemade Cudighi. Pasties are served up Wednesdays and Saturdays, stuffed with ingredients like fresh-ground chicken, rutabaga, carrots, potatoes, and onions and served with housemade gravy and ketchup. Daily specials include grilled meatloaf sandwiches, Cubans, and Colorado-style pork green chili.
