Review:

Baby's on Fire is a bustling neighborhood spot that serves freshly brewed coffee, gourmet paninis in an inviting ambiance. Based in a beautifully restored Mount Vernon carriage house, the vibey record-shop café is owned by musicians David and Shirlé Koslowski, who bring their passion for music to the table by selling rare and vintage vinyl. The casual restaurant has a bright dining space with red accents, and album covers adorning the walls, black tables and bins of new and used vinyl records for sale dotted around. Breakfast and lunch menus feature a variety of pressed sandwiches and gourmet paninis, fresh salads, and pasta dishes, along with pastries from Belgium and bagels from New York, all of which are served in disposable containers. Freshly brewed coffee from Stumptown Coffee Roasters is always on the go, along with espresso drinks like Americano, macchiato and cafe au lait, and handcrafted soda. Baby's on Fire is open for breakfast and lunch daily.
