The Fargo Civic Center offers many different meeting rooms and exhibit halls that can be reserved for a wide variety of events, including wedding receptions. The main exhibit space at the center is an expansive area encompassing eighteen thousand square feet. As many as 3,333 seated guests can be accommodated in the Theater area of the exhibit hall, while the classroom can hold up to 115 people. Along with flexible spaces for events, the handicapped-accessible Fargo Civic Center provides cold and hot water, high power outlets, food services, AV facilities, and air conditioning for events held at the facility.

6. McGovern Alumni Center

The McGovern Alumni Center provides several spaces that can be used for wedding ceremonies, wedding receptions, and many other special occasions and events. The most dramatic and largest of these event spaces is the Diederich Atrium with two-story large windows that create a spectacular backdrop for large weddings. It also opens to the Crary Lounge and a private courtyard. The brick Courtyard with its overhead pergola is great for casual outdoor celebrations, while the Rouzie terrace features a gazebo and lush greenery. There is also the Hendrickson Lounge upstairs for more intimate gatherings and overlooks the Diederich Atrium.
