The Blue River Valley Winery, located in the town of Caddo in Oklahoma, is a boutique small winery that produces several different handcrafted wines and offers wine tasting in its Tasting Room overlooking the Blue River. Found near Durant, Oklahoma the winery is open to visitors from 11:00am until 6:00pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and from 11:00am until 8:00pm on Fridays and Saturdays. The Blue River Valley Winery began as just a winemaking hobby of W.H. and Diane Dean, which later turned into a business when the couple opened the boutique winery.

2. Canadian River Vineyard and Winery

The Canadian River Vineyard and Winery is situated just to the south from Norman in Lexington, Oklahoma and boasts several acres of stunning vineyards first planted in 2000, as well as a winery that offers wine tastings. The Canadian River Winery is open from 12:00pm until 5:00pm on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays. Wine tastings include a sample of six different available wines, and the fee is waived if visitors purchase a bottle of wine. Tours are also offered each day at 2:00pm with not reservations needed, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the winemaking process.

3. Clauren Ridge Vineyard and Winery

The Clauren Ridge Vineyard and Winery is located just a short distance outside of busy Oklahoma City, offering a great place to get out of the city for a bit and enjoy unique experiences unlike anywhere else in Oklahoma. The aesthetics of Clauren Ridge Vineyards are inspired by the wine regions of France and California and provides a relaxing place to sit with a glass of wine. The Clauren Ridge Vineyard and Winery is open from 10:00am until 5:00pm on Fridays and Saturdays, as well as noon until 5:00pm on Sundays, offering wine tastings of eleven different wines.

Farfalla Wines, located in Yukon, is a family-owned and operated winery in the state of Oklahoma, owned by Ray and Cathy Wright. Striving to produce the best wines possible, the couple offer samples of their wines in the Tasting Room, as well as bottles for purchase, and are always happy to share their knowledge and insights with visitors. Guests can sip a glass or share a bottle either outside on the patio or in the tasting room as they take in the peaceful Canadian County setting that has been described as “The Garden of Eden.”

5. FishTales Winery & Vineyard

Jesse guided and taught people with fly fishing for nearly twenty years at the Three Rivers Fly Shop, founded in 1997, before he decided to retire, and instead grow his passion for making wine out of the wild muscadines that grew nearby. Thus, FishTales Winery and Vineyard was opened by Linda and Jesse King, along with their friend Andy. Visitors can take part in free wine tastings at the FishTales Winery seven days a week, with no reservations required. FishTales is open 11:00am until 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and Sundays, and 11:00am until 7:00pm Friday and Saturday.

6. Native Spirits Winery

The Native Spirits Winery is a family-owned and operated winery in Norman, Oklahoma and uses only the highest quality grapes to produce its wines with a philosophy that “life is too short to drink bad wine.” Creating wines for all tastes, Native Spirits uses grapes from throughout the world to handcraft a full selection of award-winning wines that are all blended, fermented, and bottled in its Norman winemaking facility. Wines range from the sweet Fancy Dancer to the dry, red Grizzly Red Zinfandel. The Tasting Room is open Wednesday to Sunday, with live music after hours on Fridays.

The Pecan Creek Winery is located in the area of Muskogee, Oklahoma and is great for both casual wine drinkers and wine enthusiasts alike, providing a wine tasting experience in its tasting room that while sophisticated and elegant, is still fun and laidback. Tastings feature over a dozen different wines made from the best quality of grapes, as well as other fruits. Opened to visitors in 2014, the Pecan Creek Winery offers wines that range from sweet fruit wines to semi-dry and dry wines produced from hybrid French-American grape varietals, including estate grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon, VIgnoles, and Chambourcin.
