4. Barnacopia, LLC

Barnacopia, LLC in the town of Polo, Illinois is an old-style timber-frame barn, with a highlight of a rotating John Deere 620 tractor. While the main floor has the feel and look of a wooden floor, it is made of stamped concrete, and an elevator that services the barn’s three floors is disguised to retain the look of a barn.

Classic cars are on display on the second floor, which also features a “drive-in movie theater.” Barnacopia is able to accommodate weddings with as many as 400 people, and while the venue has a list of recommended caterers, couples can choose their own vendors.

Constructed during the early part of the 1900’s, the De Graslanden barn at Bluestem Farm & Events is completely vintage, with just a “touch of modern.” Formerly a dairy barn, the two-level space today has been transformed into an elegant and classic event barn and wedding venue with several modern amenities couples and their wedding guests have come to expect.

The Bluestem Farm is open seasonally from May 1st until November 1st and features numerous amenities, such as whiskey barrel cocktail tables and a rustic bar, heat and air-conditioning, indoor restrooms, an elevator, outdoor patio, three-acre lawn, and more.
