His famous Baby Back Ribs are a local legend, but there is also smoked brisket, sausage, pulled pork and smoked chicken waiting to excite your taste buds. Your choice of mouth-watering meats is served on a bun or taco or with sides of your choice - potato salad, baked beans, green beans, pasta salad and more. Knowing that diners find it hard to choose which meat is the most delectable, they offer a selection of combos and the Pitmaster’s Sampler.
