Vito's Ristorante was opened in 2004 by Cathy, a passionate chef whose family has been in the Italian restaurant business for generations. Cathy began working in her parent's restaurant when she was only 12 years old, and all of the food served here is prepared using traditional family recipes. The menu offers appetizers, salads, and pasta dishes, many of which are made unforgettable by Cathy's own red sauce (known as “sugo”). There are also a number of classic Italian chicken, steak, and fish entrees, and house specialties include eggplant parmesan and breaded shrimp served over pasta.
