Review:

The Air Force Museum of New Zealand is dedicated to preserving the history of New Zealand’s aviation and military. Formerly known as the Royal New Zealand Air Force Museum, the cultural institution is situated at Wigram, the site of Royal New Zealand Air Force’s (RNZAF) first operational base and is spread across six different buildings. The museum features a comprehensive collection of historic artifacts spanning from the early days of New Zealand military aviation to the present day and includes aircraft engines, aircraft components, art and memorabilia, objects from former enemy forces, and actual aircraft. The museum also has an extensive archive of photographs, documents, and papers, and visitors can enjoy guided tours and a ride in a Mosquito Flight Simulator.
