Palacio Café is a warm, family-owned nook that has been serving reasonably priced breakfasts and lunches to both locals and tourists for years. Owned by Damian Muñoz, the cozy café serves a menu of a blend of New Mexican comfort food and freshly made hearty sandwiches, soups, and salads, such as Reubens, BLTs, turkey melts, and burgers. The Mexican part of the menu features breakfast-oriented dishes such as huevos rancheros and breakfast tacos, and lunch plates of enchiladas, house-made posole, and green chile stew. The café also serves a range of organic coffee and espresso drinks, as well as tea, and juices.
