Established in 1987, Russo's On The Bay is one of the top wedding venues in New York City.
Many of the event rooms boast panoramic views of the bay, and they're all decorated in a lavish Italian style with special features like marble floors and elegant chandeliers.
If you'd rather have an outdoor ceremony, there's a beautifully landscaped waterfront garden with a floating gazebo.
