Fallen Leaf Campground is a delightful Lake Tahoe area campground located on the northern shores of Fallen Leaf Lake, located less than a mile from the southern shores of Lake Tahoe. The campground is open to the public between mid-May and mid-October each year, offering 206 tent and RV campsites on paved parking aprons. Up to two pets are allowed per RV or tent camping site, permitted on leashes no longer than six feet. Six rental yurts are also available throughout the year, offering accommodations for up to six guests. Yurt rentals featuring lovely interior furnishings, electric lighting, and space heaters. All campsites feature amenities like food storage lockers, picnic tables, and campfire rings, with access provided to nearby restrooms and showers.
