In 1963, Doris Langley Moore donated her collection of historic textiles and clothing to the city of Bath, and the Bath Fashion Museum was born. This unique and incredible museum has an extensive collection of clothing and accessories dating back centuries. A trip to the Bath Fashion Museum will teach visitors about men’s and women’s clothing—everything from how they put it on to the names of all the unique pieces it contained—and allow them to see for themselves the way that clothing has progressed and changed over the years to become the style and fashions that we wear today.
