The Greene Oak is a neighborhood pub with a menu that changes with the seasons. James Lyon Shaw and Jamie Dobbin opened this pub after leaving the famous Ivy restaurant in London to move to Widnsor. Meat, fish, eggs, and produce arrive to the kitchen’s door daily from local family farms and businesses. Chefs of The Greene Oak have a nose to tail policy, so they butcher, age, and prepare the meat themselves in the restaurant’s kitchen. As for drink selections, there is a wide range of beers, ciders, wines, and Fenteman soft drinks to choose from.
