Gilbey’s is a neighborhood bistro that first opened in 1975 by the Gilbey family. At the time, it was the only wine bar outside of London. Many guests come here to enjoy a meal, their afternoon tea, or a drink from the bar. The menu includes French and British style dishes that are paired with fine wines. Above the bistro is a newly built studio suite, that offers guest accommodation. It features a rooftop with sweeping views of Windsor Castle. There are three other accommodation options in the beautifully decorated townhouse. Finally, Gilbey’s has several private dining areas that can host up to 60 guests.
