Livermore Valley is a picturesque wine growing region just east of the San Francisco Bay area and one third of the tri-valley region alongside Pleasanton and Dublin. Over 50 local wineries make up this historic valley, which is among the earliest to grow wine grapes in California.

Take a guided wine tasting tour through the rural countryside to stop at lush gardens and contemporary tasting rooms. A 27-mile self-guided cycling tour stops at several tasting rooms as it winds through the rural valley. The family-friendly town offers frequent summer festivals, a weekly farmer’s market and the popular Livermore Rodeo, held every June.
