An outing to this 700-acre nature reserve is a wonderful way to spend a day in the great outdoors. Guests will enjoy seeing birds, mammals, and other animals in their natural habitat and learning about how the Pensthorpe Conservation Trust’s conservation efforts are helping them thrive. The park is also home to four creatively designed gardens, the Wildrootz and Hootz House playgrounds, a well-stocked gift shop, and the Courtyard Café. Visitors can climb aboard the Pensthorpe Explorer for a guided behind-the-scenes tour of the park. The park opens seven days a week at 10 a.m. year-round.
