Nestled in the heart of California’s fragrant Idyllwild forests, Spirit Mountain Retreat welcomes visitors who are searching for self awareness and a deeper meaning in life. The retreat is open all year round and can accommodate up to 15 people for one day retreat programs; in addition there are five private bedrooms for people who wish to take a longer retreat. Surrounded by the natural beauty of the area visitors find it easy to relax and become more in tune with nature. Most private, couples’ or group retreats include meditation, massage, spiritual guidance and creative activities aimed at encouraging mindfulness and introspection.
