Silver Mountain Vineyards has been making wine since 1979, and their gorgeous winery facility, located in the mountains with breathtaking views, is open to the public weekly on Saturdays from 12pm to 5pm, or by appointment. Their tasting room, located in Santa Cruz, is open Fridays 3-7pm and weekends 12-5pm. At the winery itself, visitors will find amazing views of mountain peaks and valleys lined with stunning redwood forests, which they can enjoy to the fullest as they sip a glass of handcrafted and organically grown pinot noir or chardonnay, which are made in small batches to really increase the intensity of the flavors.
