Located inside Wheaton Regional Park in Silver Spring, MD, Brookside Gardens is an award-winning public display garden situated on 50 acres of land. There are several distinct areas in the garden, including a butterfly garden, a rose garden, an aquatic garden, and a Japanese style garden.

There are also two conservatories on-site, which allow visitors to experience the beauty of the garden year-round. For those who want to expand their knowledge base, a horticultural reference library can be found in the Brookside Visitors Center. The gardens are open from sunrise to sunset every day of the year, and group tours are offered for visitors of all ages.
