The beautiful, historic Swan House gardens are one of the most popular wedding venues here, but other options are available as well. The Grand Overlook is an elegant ballroom with a barrel-vaulted ceiling, while the Smith Family Farm is perfect for anyone looking for a venue with a rustic feel. Rental fees include parking, security, and event staff; food, beverages, bartender service, and AV equipment come at an additional cost.

is an eco-friendly bed and breakfast located in a mansion that dates back to 1896, and it is a great venue for anyone looking to elope or have a more intimate wedding. Guests can choose to have their ceremony and reception either inside by the grand piano in the Music Room or outdoors in the rear garden by the pond. It is also possible to rent out the entire house for exclusive use of the inn's public rooms and gardens. Built in 1920, the Callanwolde Fine Arts Center
is located on a 12.5-acre estate that is on the National Register of Historic Places. The 27,000-square-foot Tudor Revival building was the former home of Charles Howard Candler, the son of Coca Cola founder Asa Candler, and it has featured in a number of different films and television shows.
The Great Hall, Grand Staircase, and Indoor Courtyard can be rented out for glamorous indoor weddings, while 12.5 acres of lush gardens are available for outdoor events. Guests can also choose to rent a historic Aeolian organ, and Callanwolde is proud to offer complete wedding packages.

Owned and operated by the non-profit organization that runs Heritage Green, the Heritage Sandy Springs are located on a 4-acre city park that is also the site of the historic Williams-Payne House. There are four different venues for guests to choose from: The Williams-Payne House and Grounds, the 1,100-square-foot Heritage Community Room and Veranda, the terraced Entertainment Lawn, and the beautiful Heritage Hall, which boasts a 2,300-square-foot ballroom. Rental rates include tables and chairs, while extra furnishings are available for rent if desired. Customers are permitted to bring their own alcohol, but it must be served by somebody who is licensed and insured.

Dating back to 1904, Rhodes Hall is a Romanesque Revival house that was originally built as the residence of furniture businessman Amos Rhodes and is now listed in the National Register of Historic Places. The space can be booked for either 6 or 8 hours, and rentals include tables and chairs, 2 event staff, and 1 security guard. All wedding bookings include time for an engagement or wedding shoot; this can take place on a different day than your event. Wedding parties will also be given a 1-hour time slot for a ceremony rehearsal on the day prior to the event.
