Review:
Merritt’s Mill Pond is fed by no fewer than seven natural springs which ensure crystal clear waters which are perfect for many water activities. Along the shores of the 4-mile long pond you will find a variety of wildlife to observe as you make your way along the pond by canoe, kayak, SUP or boat. Fishing, swimming and cave diving are very popular in the clean clear waters of the pond and Cave Adventurers offer rental diving equipment and pontoon rentals. The adjacent Blue Springs Recreation Area has picnic tables, restrooms, a playground and a designated swimming area. If you are bringing your own boat you can use the boat launch and parking off Hunter Fish Camp Road.
